Pyrosearch is similar to wsearch32. However this has been modified for Researchers using a pyrolysis probe on their mass spectrometers. It basically allows you to create chromatogram libraries of different polymers etc and allows you to search unknown compounds against the created chromatogram library.

Also this program is very useful if you have a large number of complex mixtures that give very similar chromatograms. You can create a library of chromatograms that you can search against.
